Routine · Last updated: 3 August 2026
Routine (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a daily planner provided by Loopwell. This policy explains what data the app handles. The short version: your data stays on your device. We have no accounts, no servers, and no analytics, and we do not collect or sell your personal information.
Your blocks, schedules, routines, settings, and reminders are stored locally on your device in the app’s private database. This information never leaves your device, and we have no way to access it.
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), and by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. To unlock and manage Pro features, RevenueCat processes purchase-related data such as an anonymous app-user identifier it generates, your purchase/receipt information, and basic device and platform details (for example, country and OS version).
We never receive your name, email address, or payment card details — those are handled entirely by the app stores. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. They are generated on-device — no notification server or third party is involved, and no data is sent anywhere.
The optional widget reads your schedule from the on-device storage to show your current and next block. This data stays on your device.
These permissions are used only for the purposes stated above.
Routine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes it. There is no server-side copy to request deletion of.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
